The humor in this thing is unhinged in the best way—I legit cackled at the "affronts to the natural order" page while coloring a giant skull. It's got that perfect mix of whimsy and chaos that keeps me flipping back for more.
The pages are thick enough that my markers don't bleed through, which is rare for a coloring book this weird. I've been laughing at the "affronts to the natural order" every single page, and my living room wall is now a gallery of executed whimsy.
The absurd humor in these pages is exactly what I needed—the whimsy and executions vibe is so darkly funny that I laughed out loud on the train. Coloring the death-themed illustrations actually made me feel like a proper artist, and the paper held up fine with my gel pens without bleeding through.
